What's the most money you've spent on cooking equipment at one time?

Some of you here will be very passionate and take your cooking seriously and probably have a tool for every little job; others might have a mixer and a good set of pans; others still will have less gear.

Regardless of this, what's the most money you've spent on cooking and kitchen equipment at any one time?

It varies.

One time, it was about $120 or so, another time, about $150, still yet another time, it was about $200.
