It's impossible to pick just one. I love steaks, smoked meats, seafood, and hearty soups and stews, with American and French cuisine generally being my favorites. Random pics.

They're smoked armadillo eggs; seasoned cream cheese stuffed in jalepenos, packed in spicy breakfast sausage (snowball style), then wrapped in bacon with more seasoning .

Ya know, I'm a huge Foodie, there really isn't just one food that's a favorite, I love them all..
Just no:
Offal (except for a really nice Pâté, preferably homemade - like mine!)
Tomatoes
Small fishes ie anchovies, sardines, etc.
Wet Bread ie Bread Pudding
Escargot (surprising enough, DH loves it)
Brown liquor ie Bourbon, Whiskey, etc (but wait, that's not food, or is it?)
