Coconut milk. I use it for Thai cooking. It is also more substantial than the other non-dairy "milks". I also supply it here for a friend who is lactose intolerant and likes it in his coffee, and it will last longer than regular milk.
I won't use or buy soy milk. Almond or rice milk is too watery (I also won't do 1% or less dairy milk either). I've never tried (or heard of until now) hemp milk.
