What's your favourite drinking chocolate and how do you like to make it?

for my boys we get good quality milk chocolate callets and pour on heated milk and stir in top with squirt cream and mini marshmallows simple and whats not to like
you can also get chocolate on a stick and do the same way,they sell them in chocolate shops,we got a few in belgium and they soon went
 
Another vote for Hotel Chocolat here, topped with whipped cream and marshmallows for the ultimate indulgence.
 
I live in New Zealand and my favourite is an instant hot chocolate by a company called Avalanche. Cadbury is available, but it seems that they're trying to add as much sugar as they can get away with while still being able to label it as hot 'chocolate'.

I've also tried making hot chocolate from scratch using full fat milk and chocolate. The trick is to not use chocolate that is too dark otherwise it will be bitter, and to use a lot of it! It tastes a little bit off though, I'm probably just too used to the instant powdered stuff.
