When to add clotted cream to scones?

Thanks to some odd leftovers at work this week, we discovered the joy that is...

Hobnobs with clotted cream!

Just spread a dollop of clotted cream on a plain Hobnob. Heaven!

Arch, that is wickedly evil! I love both, so must try that soon!

Yeah, it was a revelation.

I guess a little blob of jam might add something, but just the hobnob and cream was brilliant!
