Also, I have a savory version using tahina, sumac, parika, Engevita and soy sauce. When I make my morning porridge I do the same, but without the Engevita.
Could make an interesting savoury drizzle sauce as a condiment. The tahini, lemon/sumac, maybe garlic, smoked paprika plus water to thin down. Go great on all sorts.
