lol.....ok. Get your pan hot. Add fat and if you add butter all the better. Add egg. Shouldn't take long. Like a crepe you may need to make adjustments to get it exactly right and toss the first one, unless it didn't brown, then just eat it.Instructions required!
Also I'm pretty much low carb and keto when I can, so eggs are a no brainer and probably the best single food as far as nutrition is concerned.
