I know it's not particularly healthy eating, but I do love a nice sausage. We enjoy German Bratwursts, as the meat content is so high, and they're seasoned well. We also like the small, spicy Nuremberg sausages that you can buy in LIDL.
When it comes to English sausages, my favourites are Cumberland sausages. I'll eat the Lincolnshire ones at a push, but I find that sometimes they're a bit too herby, whereas Cumberlands always seem to strike the right balance with the seasoning.
