Your other hobbies (2025)

Hobbies other than cooking, this might take a little time, or not.

My main winter time hobby is my N Scale Model Train Layout/s that I build. My layouts change on a regular basis so they never really get finished before I start again or make modifications. I have a bench area of around 110 sq feet holding some where in the order of 180' fo multi level track work. Well that is how it go back to being this winter :)

My summer hobby is riding my bike - a 1997 Harely Soft Tail Heritage.

I also like music and have an Ibanez Bass, Gibson Les Paul, Dean semi accoustic and until recently a Yamaha Electric keyboard. I gave that to a friends daughter who played it far better than I :)

I also painted Trucks for a game called ETS2 or a company called RTA Mods.

I also dabble in woodwork/carpentry and built my own Harley Shed, sider porches andf so forth. In short - anything to do with using my hands ends up being a hobby at some point for a period of time :)

Do they have the turkish mosaic light craft shops in your area? They have one near me and I've thought about going. They are so pretty. I believe they have kits you can order from various retailers too.

Yes, I bought a lamp from such a store with these colors. Once it's installed I'll show you!
 
Latest pair of socks, I made these for my mom for Christmas (she was not-so-subtly hinting that she wanted me to make her some).

I also got two more pairs of gorgeous hand-dyed bird-themed yarn (northern cardinal and indigo bunting) for Christmas gifts, so I’m excited to work with those!
