Starting at a Muay Thai gym tomorrow. General conditioning. I'm not into getting the crap kicked out of me but there are programs for fitness and agility. I was going to a regular weight training gym but stopped a few months ago. I can already feel myself losing mobility and flexibility. Use it or lose it.

Aside from cooking, lol, firearms are one of my biggest interests/hobbies. I'm fortunate to live within 10 minutes of one of the nicest and largest gun clubs in the state, plus I belong to a much smaller one the same distance away. The bigger club has much nicer ranges (even indoor ranges), but I belong to the smaller one with much more spartan facilities since almost no one is ever there and it's just nice to have the whole place to yourself. I shoot at one or the other about once a week, maybe less in the winter, and a lot more in the warmer months. I also compete in the High Master class with a Service Rifle in NRA/CMP High Power matches, and also compete in John C. Garand matches (with "As-issued" M1 Garands), and even "wooden gun" surplus rifle matches, on occasion. The nicer club hosts one of the largest steel plate handgun competitions in the nation, annually, and this year they are going to start having weekly steel plate competitions, so I might start competing in that, as well. This afternoon, I grabbed quite the eclectic selection of one AR, a WWII era M1 Garand, and a PTR-91 to enjoy shooting at the nicer club after work. I always like shooting from this particular bench at that club since it's in between the 100 and 200 yards lines, so you can shoot at either distance without moving to another bench.
