Hippos are very territorial in water, from what I understand; but not so on land. Anyway, most of the time, they're busy keeping cool and frisky:

From what I understand, badjak, just like you and I, likes to wear Crocs, which obviously is a natural deterrent because crocodiles will not eat their own.

Lots of bunnies around this year - just went for a short (just over 30 min) walk and saw 3 of them. Makes me wonder if we’ll see more foxes next year!
