Every now and again, my OH will get to hear a "err" sound and knows I've seen something. This was one of those days.

My husband has the same thing - I’ll be talking about something, and then all of a sudden I’ll say “look a hawk!!” then go right back to whatever I was talking about.

Husband isn’t into birdwatching, so he finds it terribly amusing.

My previous employer was on a property with lots of natural space, and there was a herd of deer that lived there. They were completely unafraid of people. I loved in the spring when they had their fawns.

One of the few things I miss about working there!
