    Just baked this Spinach Focaccia Crunchy and salty outside, “spinachously” soft inside

    Bought some sweet potatoes at the store this morning, cut and blanched them, not mashed just crushed a bit, cooked in a oil and salted butter, added some Pecorino cheese on top.

    I’ve been working this morning and now I’m just chilling on the sofa watching tv waiting for my hairdresser’s appointment in a couple of hours.
