A classic combination....we had very similar except our's was turkey, ham and leek Though sadly I didn't write down exactly what I put in the cream sauce (so I'm going to have to experiment again because it came out really well). It was definitely a roux base with milk, and I added mustard powder, nutmeg, and maybe some garlic powder, as well as salt & pepper of course. There was definitely a splash of double cream at the end, and I can't remember whether I added chives tooTurkey, mushroom and pancetta pie for supper yesterday.
