How do you like your steak done?

Not that I have found. Even our local buffet does a decent rare sirloin. For a bit they had a problem for a bit with giving the rare steak eaters mostly fat. Management problem. Since it was a chain, the district manager was contacted and now we always get good steaks.

But here, not many eat rare.
