How do you make Tabbouleh?

Here is a version which I made (invented!) today: not very 'traditional' because I made it with dill as well as parsley and added sieved egg.

I like a tabbouleh with loads of herbs, but then I used quinoa as a gluten free alternative to the cracked wheat so not traditional.
