Meat injector

Orange, chestnut and cranberry butter? That sounds very odd... do you have a link to the recipe?

You can see why I'm sceptical about it going through the needle of the syringe.

Oh I see! Its a recipe for butter with bits in it! So obviously you can't inject it. Why is this in the Sous Vide book? Surely the book wasn't suggesting that it should be injected?
