Curried Lamb.

An easy recipe for using up leftover lamb.
A very mild fruity curry. If I made this again I would up the spice considerably.

Tonight (or should I say this morning as its 1.20 am?), I'm about to eat left over roast chicken with a warm potato salad and rocket leaves. Warm potato salad is such a lovely thing: waxy Anya potatoes, garlic, lemon, a little olive oil, a few twists of pink Himalayan salt and black pepper. Mmm...
