Fennel and smoked salmon risotto with bacon wrapped scallops.

Cooked a few today.

Considering that they only had ½ fresh chilli in each roll plus a teaspoon of chilli powder spread between them all, they had quite a kick!
 
I have a beef brisket in the pressure cooker, where I added a pint of Guinness in lieu of stock. Meanwhile, I’m having one of these:

I bought it in Galway, Ireland. I stupidly put it in the dishwasher a few times before I noticed what it was doing to the printing. You can still see it, but I’m mad at myself every time I look at it. However, it’s not going to stop me from finishing this pint (and possibly having another).

I've done the same. Something else I never put in the dishwasher.
