neat stuff . . . need instructions . . .
Thanks!

It’s a Yorkshire pudding, like a popover, but done in a small cake pan for a larger, individual one. Very similar to a Dutch baby, but more savory.

I can post it up (if I haven’t already), it’s the easiest thing in the world to make. Give me a day or so.

Lunch at The George Inn, Leeds, built in 1652. Visit with my BIL and my nephew.
I took a good look at the menu and said to myself "Nah, the same old boring Fish options, so I'll go for the vegetarian Sunday Lunch". I wasn't disappointed. The sweet potato and chickpea "loaf"wasn't very inspiring, but Yorkshire pud, roast parsnips, roast potatoes, fresh peas, baby carrots, leeks with cream and sweet & sour red cabbage - brilliant.

Was beautiful today. So we had a picnic for dinner. Stopped at a rest area on Rt. 23. I made Italian heros (made on a loaf of bakery semolina seeded Italian bread). Also had fritos and a slice each of cinnamon danish (from Trader Joe's).
