Kind of stuffed crust, I only had enough string cheese for half the pizza. You can kind of see it in the slice.

I made some meat sauce and served it over mini wagon wheels topped with parmigiano reggiano & pecorino romano cheeses. I had half for lunch, and the other half fried for dinner.

Lunch was eaten out today with us doing the Christmas shopping...

So all dairy free, plant based...
