Yes, it's lovely jubbly. But it's a bit of a marmite thing, I thought it was great, a friend tried it and thought it was 'meh'.

We visited a museum (to see Terracotta Warriors) and were subjected to a bag search at the entrance. I said to my wife "That's funny, I would have thought that they would search us on the way out, not on the way in"

Went to see Billy Connolly in Liverpool. First time I've seen a wheel check next to the hat check!

Enough ! On balance, I would say that this is the nicest city I have visited for a long time, and that goes for the inhabitants too.
