Sounds delicious! We usually put things like meatballs, mushrooms, etc in baked pasta rather than in a lasagna. Unless it is a mushroom lasagna or such ☺️
Pear and Gorgonzola Risotto is quite common in Italy, especially in the North. Someone add walnuts as well.
I only added balsamic glaze for an unusual variation ☺️
