    Sounds delicious! We usually put things like meatballs, mushrooms, etc in baked pasta rather than in a lasagna. Unless it is a mushroom lasagna or such ☺️

    Another salad for lunch today: Lamb’s lettuce salad with raspberries, dried fruit, taralli and balsamic glaze

    Pear and Gorgonzola Risotto is quite common in Italy, especially in the North. Someone add walnuts as well. I only added balsamic glaze for an unusual variation ☺️

    Risotto Pere e Gorgonzola (and some balsamic glaze on top). I cooked previously pears cut into small cubes with some butter, fresh thyme and white ground pepper
