Favourite dish beginning with..

I'm sorry - I got hammered with extra work on Tuesday and have only just recovered - sort of!
So let's go with L and M to catch up!
For L, I'll go with Hungarian Lecso - a kind of stew with sausages and beer.
M is for mattar paneer.

For "L" let's have
  • Lancashire Hotpot: A stew from NW England made with lamb and topped with slice potatoes
  • Lobster Thermidor: Actually anything with lobster - rolls, bisque, salad
  • Liver & Bacon: Classic British dish often found on gastro pub menus
  • Lobby: Another English stew this time from Staffordshire
  • London Cheesecake: It contains no cheese and is not a cake, but is puff pastry with jam and a topping of icing and dessicated coconut
  • Lava Bread: From Wales. Made from chopped edible seaweed.
