chickpea/gram flour

Gram flour or besan is a pulse flour made from ground yellow gram lentil. It is a staple ingredient in the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent, including in Indian, Bangladeshi, Burmese, Nepali, Pakistani, and Sri Lankan cuisines.
