To go with steak (and late in posting)
Cream cheese: 100 ml
Green pepper corns: 2 teaspoon
Garlic: 2+ cloves
Lime peel: optionsl, but much nicer with it
Chili/sambal/chili powder: little little bit
Salt
The amounts are really really flexible
Pound garlic, salt, lime peel and green peppercorns...
