Tortilla has lard, this is why i go the flat Italian bread.
No, not a classic Mexican tortilla. It's just corn meal, nixtmalizado (treated with lye), water and salt. They're traditionally cooked on a comal (a slightly curved griddle) without oil or anything.
 
I've never made it, but I've always wanted to give my hand at a beef wellington. It intimidates me a little too much
Go for it. Gordon Ramsay is the absolute master of the universe and (despite his Hell's Kitchen image) is really, really good teaching things.
