Well here there’s sausage meat and there’s sausages. Not the same.

I like to make them with grape leaves, otherwise how would you roll the meat in. I have 2 grape vines here, I harvest the young leaves, they are very tasty.

I've boatloads of kudzu but don't know what it tastes like yet.

Is that wild grapes? I’m not familiar with kudzu, make sure it’s edible.
Grape leaves are supposed to be good for you, this is why I want to eat them.

It's edible. It's a pita that was brought here from Japan to control erosion.
