Fish Friday: Baked Hake with Green Sauce, served with Garlic Spinach and Boiled Baby Potatoes. All washed down with a lovely Spanish White - Vina Barredero - made with the Zalema grape.

Hake is a lovely fish. Quite expensivs these days. I like the concept of a spinach sauce with it.
