EVOO on top of my personal chart. And peanuts oil to follow.
These two oils are the best for fry (for me). Sometimes I use sunflowers oil but only to fry something sweet and not so often.
As a native of a Mediterranean Evoo producing country, I have approx. 25 different Evoos, with a wide variety of olives from distinctly different parts of Spain, Italy, Greece and Provençe, France. So, with the dishes I prepare, Evoo works best for me too ..
