Hi chaps, some recommendations please. I have been spending too much money buying evo in an attempt to find a good one, obviously it is very subjective but you might be able to help me narrow down the field, I don’t mind having a couple in the cupboard, one for cooking one for salads but I’m finding too many that are quite strong and too peppery, I do water down with sunflower or something but would like to find one I could drink by the glass (joke) !

At the end of the day its a personal thing. A really good extra virgin olive oil does tend to have a peppery finish.
