Recipe Birthday Cake Shots

Bright pink shots that taste just like birthday cake!​

Ingerdients
1/4 cup Betty Crocker™ ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
1 1/2 teaspoons Betty Crocker™ pink gel food color
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
1 cup cake vodka, chilled
1 cup Baileys™ Irish Cream or Godiva™ White Chocolate Liqueur, chilled


Directions

Tint Betty Crocker™ frosting with 1/2 teaspoon gel food coloring. Spread on a small plate and dip the rims of 6 shot glasses in the frosting, the dip in the sprinkles. Set aside.​

In a large Mason jar or re-sealable pitcher, mix together the remaining teaspoon of food coloring with the vodka. Add the Irish cream, shaking until completely mixed. Pour in prepared shot glasses and serve immediately.​

These shots look super adorable. Definitely would be a nice touch for a birthday or something! It's nice when a drink can look so cute and fancy like that - it's a bit of a display in itself when that's the case!

Last summer I went on a Shooter Crawl at one of the campgrounds we were staying at and I had the pleasure of trying these. Om gosh they are some good!! Yes they are sweet but very tasty. I got to try so many different shots that weekend but there were one of my favorites!

Wow these look like they would be perfect for an adult party! These are unique and one of a kind that is for sure. I wish someone would make some for me. They would be lovely and something that would get the party started! Betty Crocker does have some really great recipes. I get their email newsletters.
