Blue cheese Waldorf salad
Preparation time: 10 min

0,5 dl walnuts, crushed
A bunch of parsley, chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and cut into bits
1 celery stalk (without leaves), cut into bits
3 figs, peeled and cut into pieces
0,5 dl Heinz salad cream, seasoned with the zest of 2 lemons

On top: 150 g blue cheese, crumbled
Brown the walnuts lightly on high heat in a dry frying pan and let them cool. Mix everything in a bowl. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
