    Bourbon BBQ Sauce recipe

    One minced onion
    6-8 cloves of minced garlic
2 cups of bourbon (use bottom shelf bourbon)
1 teaspoon of crushed black pepper
    4 cups ketchup
    2/3 cup of cider vinegar
4 table spoons of liquid smoke
    ½ cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of packed brown sugar
    1-2 diced Jalapenos

Cook the bourboun/onion/garlic for about 10 minutes. Then add everything else in. Bring to a boil, then simmer it for 30 ish minutes or until you reduce it down to the consistency that you like. I don’t strain mine.

I have everything except the Bourbon! Its an excuse to buy some. For cooking purposes only, of course. :whistling:
