British Indian Restaurant (BIR) cooking

My trusty Cuisinart still going strong and boy, have I abused that fella.

I think the biggest test for the poor blighter was a cooking course I gave with a friend. We agreed to give away 25 jars (40 gms each) of homemade curry powder and 25 of garam masala.2 hours hard labour!
