Our dinner for tonight is Broiled Milk Fish. Broiling is actually ongoing now. We are lucky that wet markets here sell boneless milkfish for convenience in eating. A big milkfish is very tasty when broiled. The stuffings are sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, salt, black pepper powder or fresh red pepper. Wrapped in foil for better results and broiling for 20 minutes on each side will give you a juicy milkfish.

The dip is lemon butter or lemon juice with a dash of salt.

This sounds quite good and different. I have never heard of a milkfish before. I will have to look it up and see what it is.

I could have sworn there was a thread posted about this a few days ago! But can I find it....?
That's exactly what I am thinking and I have these recollections of searching for images and saying that they resemble or flying fish. I also remember thinking it was a fish prepared in milk etc.
