Burger preferences and places

Had to do laundry so went to Marino's for lunch - we each got a plain old Cheese burger with sauted onions, tomatoe and soft bacon

When I think of hamburgers I think Aussie - real fish and chip shop hand made hamburgers - be they plain, cheese burger or a burger with the lot - I have never found a truely good hand made hamburger here and don't remember if I ever had a British hamburger?

Ahhh, I probably should have asked which side of the pond are you refering to first ....

Where have you had a burger here? There are some truly amazing burger "huts" on the West coast. This is quicksand territory, careful...

I’m not a burger person but we have our special handmade burger place here, they are decent, but really the fries were absolutely delicious.

AZ side. Some pretty super good hamburgers to be had - quite a few places in NAZ that do great grass fed beef and we're pretty rural!

I had Shake Shack in Boston, I like it better than In-N-Out, but the place I go to is handmade.

Never heard of that one but In-N-Out is all I could remember. There's another good one but it'll take a minute to bubble up...

Before I answer that - have you ever had the pleasure of a true Aussie Hamburger, hand made in Australia?

And I have had burgers from a variety of resteraunts here in sunny New York State, Gettysburg PA, Erie OH, Washington DC (over priced ) LA, Las Vegas, Williamsport PA etc etc etc and still haven't found one as good as an Australian burger.
