I love burgers and the nice thing is they're hard to screw up. So, even if you find yourself in some crummy restaurant, a burger is almost always a safe thing to order. The quality of the bun plays a big role in whether it's a "great" burger or not. The only thing I don't like is when they stack them a mile high and then the whole thing just becomes a giant mess to try to eat. When making them at home, the biggest thing is to not walk away from them on the grill so flare-ups don't get out of control and ruin them.
