Me too! I think risotto is too often overlooked - such an easy supper dish, and a good use of store cupboard ingredients. Tonight's supper is now sorted.

My wife hates seafood and mushrooms, next time I'm serving hers then adding shrooms and seafood.

I love grilled asparagus. We grill it with a drizzle of olive oil and S and P, then wrap it in bundles of 3 spears with prosciutto and dress with a lemon juice, olive oil vinaigrette for an appy.

Cooked on BBQ in garlic butter and at end a splash of balsamic. Yummy.
