Cheap or Expensive Cutlery?

I don’t want fancy chopsticks, they maybe hard to control. I prefer the ones I get free from the restaurants.

I got titanium ones so I could sterilize them. Quick blast from the oxy-acetylene torch and you still have chopsticks. The ones from the restaurants someone else has had their hands on...

No, the ones I’m thinking of are covered in paper, I don't like the used ones either.

I've got these.

Our daily silverware is off the shelf stuff, nothing fancy, but with peen hammered handles and is of good weight. I like them. Mrs. GH also bought an expensive set that I don't like. It's lightweight and looks and feels cheap to me, regardless of the price. We also have a more fancy set of stag-handled silverware that we only break out for special occasions, like Thanksgiving and Christmas, or if I'm taking a proper "dinner pic" on one of the gun forums I'm on, which believe it or not, has a lot of food threads, but has standards for such things, so you'd better bring your game or get criticized, lol, all in good fun.
