Any cheesemaking happening?
About to make some Ricotta Maison (i.e. homemade ricotta ) using yoghurt, which I need to do as I bought a gallon of milk which is sitting in the fridge waiting to be used - don't drink the stuff, only make yogurt and cheese, so better get my skates on.
