Huh, I had no idea there were chefs in Antarctica. I figured those guys would be eating freeze dried food and MREs for months on end, with maybe some seal meat to supplement.

Friend of mine got an HVAC job above the arctic circle and they ate pretty good. Can't go outside by yourself though, polar bears will get you...Huh, I had no idea there were chefs in Antarctica.
