Chile/Chili/Chilli peppers

I like hot food, but I prefer to mix those with some less hot ones to create a bit of volume to sauce or marinade.

A lot of the cooking I do will use reconstituted dried red chile which is the main volumiser for Mex/NewMex chile dishes, readily available and super super good 😁

When I was in Alpharetta, GA, back in July, I found a Mexican grocery store close by. Not quite such a splendid display as you've got there, but a good selection.

I'm really impressed with Morelos. For an ethnic grocery store in this part of the world they are outstanding. 👍
