Cooked Beef.

Has anyone ever made these before? They are usually look like tips I'm told that they are made from the beef. I'd love to try them someday. I ordered them one day from a BBQ restaurant & they looked like pulled pork!!!! They are not supposed to look that way!!! They are supposed to look somewhat like steak tips, maybe a bit larger in size. What spices can be used for them? And they are roasted in the oven.

I have no idea. I didn’t have any problem using them, and it looks like you’re able to now.
