Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of fresh coriander (cilantro), including leaves and tender stems/roots
- 2-4 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil (or other neutral oil)
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- Optional: Fresh lemon or lime juice for brightness
