I saw this on Pinterest, and decided to give it a try. Instead of peeling the corn one leaf at a time, cut off the end of it:
The key is to cut above where the leaves attach. If you haven’t cut far enough down, you might have to slice the end off.
Then, peeling becomes pretty easy:
I later figured out you can actually unroll the peel, sort of like a carpet. You do still have to get the floss off, but most of it comes off in one giant clump when you pull the peel off.
