Corned beef

The food network doesn't want me to know.
Link says

Sorry, we could not find what you're looking for.

No worries, I'll look it up 👍
It's probably a lot like what they do in Ireland? Not sure, but corned beef and cabbage is very popular here on St. Patrick's Day. Screenshot from that weblink @ The Food Network.

Edit: after reading the article I discovered that corned beef and cabbage isn't a popular dish in Ireland...who knew. Ah well.

Might be in the West of England, but in the South East we always had Fray Bentos Corned Beef, out of a tin! the tin had one of those wierd keys on it, so you'd have unwind the top of the tin to open it.
I remember David Rosengarten on Food TV (when it was really good, in the 90s) making home made corned beef. Looked it up on google, and guess what I found? How to make corned beef from scratch Corned beef recipe

I've never eaten canned, always house-made from a deli or house-made in my kitchen!

Corned beef here was always this abomination -

My parents never bought tinned meats, fish or pies with the occasional exception of tinned tuna at Christmas!
Fray Bentos wasn't a brand anyone here ate either. I grew up thinking it must be a northern thing 😂
I've made salt beef many times. Eventually I decided I wasn't a huge fan.

If salt beef is corned beef to you then what is the above?

The pic on the front of the tin looks the same as the Princes stuff but it says it's made in South America so I guess it's different?
It doesn't look like a piece of slow cooked salt beef, is it pieces or meat or a chunk?
