Cosmopolitan Cocktail My Way
1 serving
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Vodka
¾ oz. Ocean Spray Diet Pineapple-Cranberry Juice
¾ oz. Cointreau
¾ oz. Lime Juice
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
Method:
Chill a Martini glass in the freezer
In a Cocktail Shaker, add about 1 cup of crushed Ice
Add in all of the ingredients and shake vigorously for about 1 minute
Strain into that icy cold Martin glass and garnish with a chunk of Pineapple and dried Cranberries on a cocktail pick
ENJOY!
*Cook's Note: I used bottled Lime Juice, because that's what I always have on hand in the `fridge.
I used Pineapple-Cranberry Juice, because again, that's what I always have on hand in my `fridge (it's delicious!)
Simple Syrup, well I'm certain that everyone knows how to make that, it's simple - equal parts water and granulated Sugar - but you make it how you like.
I actually don't own a Cocktail Shaker, so I just crushed some ice with my sturdy rolling pin, added it to a 2 cup measuring cup, added in the ingredients, gave it a really good stir and sieved it into the icy glass.
YUM!
