Crisps (chips in the US) flavours

If I go to Japan again next year I hope they are still doing these so I can try them.

Somebody does, sure. Those are specifically leftovers from the Thanksgiving season, they’re not available year-round.

I have a sneaking suspicion potato chip/crisp manufacturers really only have about five spice blends. They just stick different names on them at different times of the year. Those garlic mashed will probably reappear in a couple of weeks as “Limited Release!!! Garlic Roasted Potato!!!”

Very lightly heat your plain chips (microwave), it releases some of the fat. Then sprinkle with your favourite spice mixture :)
