Me too. Just freshly fried with salt and sometimes I'll go with a lemon pepper seasoning. Off the deep end would be the first one with a bottle of Ranch, Kraft brand...
 
Just "salted" or "paprika" for me.
Paprika is unfortunately not available here. It's one of the biggest sellers in the Netherlands
I do make my own* chips occassionally and they are nice, but it's so much easier to buy a bag

* I flavour them with paprika powder, a little kashmiri chili powder and salt. Sometimes I add a little onion powder as well.
Sprinkle the spice mixture on when the chips are still hot
